In this role, you’ll assist with electrical installations, maintenance, and troubleshooting while developing your skills in a structured, professional environment. You’ll work under the guidance of senior electricians, follow drawings and specifications, and gain hands-on experience across a variety of projects—while always being home at the end of the day.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
This role is hands-on and team-oriented. You’ll support active job sites, work closely with project leads and other trades, and contribute to safe, high-quality electrical work while continuing to develop your technical knowledge.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of electrical systems in accordance with Alberta Electrical Code, industry standards, and client specifications.
- Read and interpret blueprints, electrical schematics, and job orders (with guidance from senior electricians) to support job planning and execution.
- Support electrical testing and commissioning activities; help document results and ensure work meets safety and quality criteria.
- Work alongside project leads and other trades to help meet deadlines and quality expectations.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment and follow company and regulatory safety protocols at all times.
- Contribute to continuous improvement by being proactive, organized, and ready to learn on every job.

Qualifications:
- Registered Apprentice Electrician (all levels considered; 3rd & 4th Year Apprentices encouraged).
- Valid Driver’s License (Class 5 or higher) and a clean driving record.
- Strong work ethic, willingness to learn, and a disciplined approach to safety.
- Ability to work well with others and follow directions while developing your skills.
